ABSTRACT
These “rights, freedoms and principles” are taken from the ECHR, the European Social Charter, the Community Charter of Social Rights of Workers, common constitutional traditions of the Member States, judgments of the ECJ and ECtHR, and international human rights conventions of the UN, the Council of Europe and the ILO to which the Member States are contracting parties.
