ABSTRACT

On reading the rst dra for this book, Dr. Lewis Aron suggested illustrating how a class might be conducted from a comparative-integrative point of view. Imagining such exposition might interest not just an eminent educator but others as well. I cast my mind’s eye back in time, seeking a suitable exemplar. e last seminar I had taught with our rst-year candidates sprang to mind. It had been interesting (as hopefully all are). e selection seemed reasonably random and, above all, freshest in my memory.
