ABSTRACT
While much has been done on ‘measuring human security’, such as the development of indicators for threats to human security and thresholds, there is still no common understanding of threats to human security. Tobias Debiel provides the critique that there is still no integrated concept of security and that human security remains remarkably unfocused in analytical terms.3
