ABSTRACT
This book is written for all those who need to know why and how career learning and development can be planned, developed and delivered effectively to meet the needs of young people. Some will have roles and titles including careers coordinator, head of careers, careers adviser or careers teacher. They could also include undergraduate and postgraduate students on relevant courses and others with a more academic interest in the area. In addition, many careers personal advisers and other partners in the delivery of careers education information advice and guidance (CEIAG) will find it useful.
