ABSTRACT
Quantitative research involves using very objective structured questions with predetermined response options, whose results can be carefully measured and quantified into the hard science of numbers and statistics. However qualitative research is known as the softer side of science because it uses a much more subjective method of personal in-depth interviews featuring open-ended questions, and a moderator who seeks to explore people’s perceptions, opinions, and feelings about a particular subject.
