ABSTRACT
ALL lovers of decency must feel grateful to you for printing letters describing Japan’s invasion of China by narcotics as well as by her armed forces. In their effort to subjugate China the Japanese militarists seem to realize that bombs and bayonets alone are not enough. Therefore they have adopted the more than murderous policy of undermining the physical, mental and moral capacity of the Chinese people by the introduction of the worst forms of narcotics into every place which falls under their control.
