ABSTRACT
THE movement set on foot by Oxford University and the International Students’ Service to help Chinese institutions of culture and higher education, as reported in the Manchester Guardian of February 16th, will go far to hearten the Chinese people in general and the Chinese educators in particular in their struggle against subjugation.
