ABSTRACT
Following from the study of the trends in donor activities in the Palestinian economy in general and in the trade sector specifically, this chapter proceeds to offer an evaluation of these donor programmes. Much of these evaluations and observations have already been discussed throughout the previous chapter. However, here, conclusions and critical observations will be made as to the overarching intentions, determinants and consequences of these donor activities.
