ABSTRACT

To be lost in a jungle of extreme potential, born with gifted abilities to do almost anything, your life choices can be overwhelming. Confusion starts in childhood, when so many sparkly temptations compete for attention. It's equally confusing to parents and teachers because gifted children often become passionate about an interest ± which the adults assume points the way to their future careers ± then suddenly the children reach satisfaction, drop the interest, and move on to the next. It could be planets, pre-historic creatures, the piano, sport, anything.
