Application to the problems of ‘sufficient production' and the ‘living wage' of some properties of linear substitutions with coefficients ≧ 0

On 26 December 1911, three weeks after the publication of his previous paper, Potron published another short paper in the same journal: ‘Application aux problèmes de la “production suffisante” et du “salaire vital” de quelques propriétés des substitutions lineaires à coefficients ≧ 0’ (Comptes Rendus de l’Académie des Sciences, 1911, 153: 1458–9). It contains a brief explanation of how the mathematical results he had obtained can be applied to an economic problem. This paper too was presented by Paul Appell.
