ABSTRACT
People ask serious questions of meaning and purpose at different moments in their lives. Teachers are no exception. They raise personal questions regarding their choice of career, school, grade level or educational district. As other studies have shown, several teachers even ask the fundamental question: do I stay in this profession or do I leave.
