ABSTRACT
Which, I contend, is precisely what the Nazi régime is aiming at. It is strange that one should have to adduce an International Labour Office document to
illustrate the Nazi point of view. I recall vividly the day the German Government severed their connection with the “I.L.O.”, making a clean sweep of their relations with Geneva. I have reason to believe that this drastic step has been regretted in certain official circles in Berlin for a long time, for the International Labour organisation can do more effectively research work for governments on an international basis than the governments themselves.
