In the Introduction I presented a decision tree as a way to analyze the challenge that embodied cognition presents to standard cognitive science. Here, again, is the complete tree:
Having behind us now a detailed account of three prominent lines of research within embodied cognition, we can attempt to prune the tree, lopping off the branches that do not apply and following those that do.
