Continuing with the theme of teachers’ involvement with understanding mathematics, in the next essay, Whitney Johnson describes her rationale for doing a set of activities with seniors in MSU’s teacher education program in the TE 401-402 seminar. This move to university coursework may at first feel jarring at this point. But there are two good reasons to make this shift at this time.
