ABSTRACT

As indicated in the Introduction, this study investigates the effects of trans-national duty-bearers’ policies, programs, and behaviors on the incidences of chronic hunger in children. To assess this effect, a statistical analysis is conducted. A data set is utilized that includes 104 developing countries over the period of 1990 to 2006, yielding an n = 361 (see Table 2.1 for the countries and years included).
