ABSTRACT
In this chapter I study the case of Norilsk Nickel, the world's leading nickel and platinum group metal (PGM) producer. The choice of Norilsk Nickel as the subject of the third case study is based on the fact that instances of ICGP incidents during the 1990s appear less prominent compared to Yukos and SibAl (RusAl).
