ABSTRACT
The Project Cost shall not include: administration expenses incurred by the Client; costs incurred by the Client under this Agreement or agreements with Other Consultants; interest on capital during construction and the cost of raising monies required for carrying out the construction of the Project; and the cost of land and wayleaves.
