RICS Form of Agreement and Terms and Conditions for the Appointment of a Quantity Surveyor, 1992

This Agreement relates to and shall be deemed to include the whole of the Form of Enquiry, Schedule of Services and Fee Offer, applicable to the project as so certified by the parties to this Agreement, together with the attached Terms of Appointment.

The Client hereby appoints the Quantity Surveyor in respect of the project to provide the services specified in the Schedule of Services and the Quantity Surveyor agrees to provide them.
