ABSTRACT

The current chapter is devoted to analysis of the state institutions that play essential roles in the formation and evolution of this trilateral entente. The following two sections outline the role that the military-industrial complex (in the cases of Turkey and Israel) and security apparatus (that of Azerbaijan) played in forging the strategic relationship between the three countries. As mentioned in the previous chapter, safeguarding national security occupies the primary place in the domestic and foreign domains of the three countries under discussion.
