ABSTRACT

Now that we have looked at what’s involved in collecting data, in this chapter we turn to ways of analysing and synthesising your data and making sense of the various types of information you’ve collected. Because I’ve presented the discussions in Chapters 3 and 4 consecutively that might give you the impression that first you collect the data and then, when they are all collected, you analyse them. But in AR nothing could be further from the truth. We’ve already noted that AR is a recursive spiral or cycle of action and reflection, and that means you start examining and analysing the data in a dynamic way right from the very beginning.
