ABSTRACT
A theme running through copyright law is that it is constantly adapting, whether in response to advances in technology or due to shifting perceptions regarding the extent of intellectual property protection. Computer technology developments that copyright law has had to grapple with include, but are not limited to:
• computer software programs; • the circumvention of technological protection measures; and • databases.
