ABSTRACT
Essay questions commonly are used to invite the student to discuss a variety of themes in intellectual property law. We are surrounded in our everyday lives by intellectual property, but defining or describing it is no easy feat. The range of matter which falls within the scope of intellectual property is diverse and extensive.
