You might be tempted to ignore this. Cross-curricular themes don’t have a great history. You’re teaching Renaissance painting and someone asks you where the numeracy is. Or the citizenship in congruent triangles. People are constantly waving audits at you, one agenda flying past after another; it’s not surprising if you just want to be left alone to get on with it.
