ABSTRACT
This chapter aims to use the data from the case studies to search for the enterprise-related factors influencing the reform of ER practices in enterprises. In the following sections, the chapter describes the development of the framework to draw up the current models for ER practices in the case-study enterprises. It then investigates the relationships between the five selection criteria and ER practices of the case studies. The chapter concludes with the general findings in respect of the current situation regarding the ER practices of the case studies and key elements which relate to the changes of ER practices in these cases.
