ABSTRACT
Introduction In the previous two chapters, it was demonstrated that neither unilateral nor existing cooperative measures were capable of solving the international competition problems revealed in previous chapters. This chapter examines existing binding, multilateral measures. These measures are found in the GATT-WTO agreements.1
