ABSTRACT
Values, norms, and required behaviors are all part of the culture of an organization.4 As described in Chapter 4, “Organizational Culture,” organizational culture includes the values, norms, rites, rituals, ceremonies, heroes, and scoundrels in the history of the organization.5 It defines the content of what a new employee needs to learn to become an accepted organization member.
