ABSTRACT
Law is a technique for ruling social life and, as such, persons and their relationships in the development of social coexistence are the essence of legal systems. Accordingly, legal systems acknowledge human beings as persons for legal purposes and translate such a legal device to be also applied to the groups of persons under the fiction of legal personality. Person and personality mean for the purposes of the legal system the capacity of being subject to rights and duties.
