The study of Judaism and Jewish-related subjects is a burgeoning area of research which is now being taken seriously by the vanguard of Chinese scholars across a number of disciplines.1 Over the past ten years, it has rapidly developed, making its way, in different forms, into some of the most important universities and research institutes on the Chinese mainland.
