ABSTRACT
Among the contributors selected for inclusion in this chapter, followers happen to be more numerous than critics, but whether the arguments for the defence are more compelling than the arguments for the prosecution is another matter. As will be seen, while some of the followers introduced reservations and qualifications, others remained totally and unflinchingly committed to the MPTD.
