ABSTRACT
In order to obtain the tools and knowledge necessary to become a solid and employable performer, a good specialist training is strongly recommended. Every year, many thousands of people are inspired to try to gain a place at one of the UK’s many drama, musical theatre, dance and performing arts colleges. This will be the first real audition they will have to face, but preparation is paramount, even at this early stage, as auditioning can be an expensive process and the competition fierce, especially for the better-known and respected schools.
