In the seven lectures I have given until now I have attempted to show you how we have tried to introduce quantitative methods in political economy, or rather, in human economy in the broadest sense. This is just the content of econometrics. I have emphasized that the spirit of econometrics has great affinity to the spirit reigning in sciences such as physics and biology.
