This chapter returns finally to the exploration of how the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) can be further strengthened, as an evolving treaty regime, by reinforcement on the principle of endogeny. These were themes resonant in Chapters 4 and 5, and developed in relation to particular aspects of the BWC in Chapters 6 and 7.
