Communist regimes are no more and party banners and membership badges are now hawked as souvenirs from Moscow to the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. But what has happened to the tens of millions of people who were card-carrying members of a Communist Party before their Party collapsed? Do people who are now ex-Communists maintain Communist values?
