Regardless of how hard you work and how sincere your level of commitment, time spent on placement in school is always going to prove challenging as well as rewarding. Every training course involves time spent in actively engaging with pupils and teachers in an educational setting (school, college, nursery, etc.) and provides opportunities for you to hone your teaching skills and learn about the various teacher roles in a progressive way, supported by a tutor and the host staff of the school. It is more than likely that you will always be in a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and able to make progress without being fearful that genuine errors will count against you.
