Post-Cold War trends in nuclear weapons policy

A number of long-term interrelated trends emerge from a detailed examination of American nuclear weapons policy since the end of the Cold War. These trends reveal significant continuity and change and together with the 15 decisions identified in chapter three represent the evolution of post-Cold War nuclear weapons policy.
