ABSTRACT
As an example of several different views and roles, incorporated into real-life construction projects, a series of documented case studies have been selected. The basis for the description of these case studies is a framework used as a structuring tool for discussing and analysing the issues raised therein. The cases studied are in general parts of larger total construction processes, thus representing snap-shots of critical incidents within the daily practice of the parties involved.
