ABSTRACT
As a peer helper, you easily can, at this point, listen to problems and concerns of others. Helping others to explore and understand is a good start in peer helping and often is all that is necessary, because a sounding board may be all your peers need. However, many times listening and understanding does not go far enough. A helpee may need to take some action in order to grow. This action can take the form of problem solving.
