ABSTRACT
Between 2002 and 2005, al-Qaida in Saudi Arabia appeared unstoppable: armed sieges, kidnappings, coordinated truck bombings, targeted assassinations, speeding getaways in stolen vehicles. It set a new standard for applying the global Jihadist ideology, and it did so under the direct mandate of al-Qaida’s High Command.
