ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, abuse of market power was considered. In this chapter we examine situations where undertakings can alter competition on a market in another way, by entering into anti-competitive agreements with other undertakings. In this chapter we shall discuss the ways in which the EC, through Art 81 EC, and the UK, through the Chapter I prohibition, seek to deal with anti-competitive agreements.
