ABSTRACT
This book is about how teachers and schools can best work together with others to promote the wider welfare of children. More than that, it’s about how we must work together in particular for those children on the margins who need us most. Schools are part of a multi-agency network of professionals and services that are intended to bring about an improvement in every child and young person’s quality of life and prepare them all for adulthood.
