ABSTRACT
The two problems shown in Table 3.1 are of a type that tends not to succumb very easily to logical analysis. Often in trying to solve them the problem solver reaches an impasse, only to find that the solution pops up ‘all at once’ when least expected, as an ‘insight’* in a ‘Eureka!’ moment.
