ABSTRACT
Chapter 8 described and summarised the results derived from the administration of the DOCS and also outlined the results based on secondary data drawn from PASS. This chapter presents mini-case studies taken from four companies off the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA)’s List of Building Contractors representing different benchmark levels of business success and based on comparative positions measured under PASS and the Premier League Scheme (mentioned in both Chapters 1 and 6).
