ABSTRACT
I’ve met Cecil Taylor but can’t say I know him. I’ve listened to his music assiduously for 40 years but I’m still not quite sure I’ve really heard it. In fact, I know for sure there’s more to it, much more, than I’ve yet come close to absorbing.
