ABSTRACT
Making homemade soup is easy! Even a novice cook can make great homemade soup. The fi rst thing that a novice would typically do is to pull down the recipe book, open the relevant page and follow the instructions. Cooking might be considered to be a human process. The recipe might be considered to be some guidance on the method. The study of the methods might be considered to be methodology. This chapter is not about cooking, but it is concerned with human processes, methods and methodology in information systems practice.
