ABSTRACT

This chapter completes our discussion of the research tools available to qualitative researchers by addressing three additional tools: interviews, surveys, and questionnaires. Because our presentation extends from the previous chapter, a general issues section is not included here. However, we do define the tools we present and address when, where, why, and how they are used. Additionally, we again show how particular lenses or biases can affect how you use each of the tools, as well as address the ethical issues that can arise in using them.
