ABSTRACT

People steal money, goods and time at work. They also steal secrets. This is not about shop-lifting or thieves who break in at night. It is about people who work for an organisation stealing money, equipment or produce in one form or another. It is a serious problem. Counterproductive behaviours at work are manifold and have attracted an ever-growing applied and research literature (Fox & Spector, 2005; Griffin & O’Leary-Kelly, 2004).
