ABSTRACT
This book is about the exploitation of marine natural resources. There are many valuable resources presently extracted from the world’s oceans and therefore it is already relevant from an economic perspective. However, the world has a great need to find new resources and the ocean is a huge reservoir of untapped ones. In the future, once the proper technological apparatus is developed, these resources will become available to satisfy the needs of a growing world population.
