ABSTRACT
Jim sat in my office and tears brimmed in his eyes: “I can forgive others for almost anything that they have done to me. I never blame God for what happens. But I can't forgive myself.” Jim had just been confronted by his wife of 20 years for his third affair. He and his wife had three children. Now, his wife had announced that he had finally stepped over the line. She was taking the children and seeking a divorce.
