ABSTRACT
Coleman admits that even though she wasn’t writing professionally, her love for writing never diminished. In fact, she forced her colleagues, while working as a psychotherapist at Mental Health centers, to listen to her stories. Finally the day came when she could no longer avoid writing. After winning a North Carolina writing fellowship, Coleman proceeded to pursue her “writing” education by attending classes, workshops, seminars and reading every writing book ever published.
