Assuming that All Students Who Appear Intoxicated Were Drinking Alcohol and Not Using Other Drugs

Hi. My name is Claire. I just finished my first year as an R.A. at Franasiak University. Most of the students at our school went to private high schools. We have about 10,000 students, most of whom either go into business, or go to law or medical school after graduation. As a private university in the Southeast, we've been around a long time and have lots of traditions. Being an RA this year has really opened my eyes to worlds I didn't even know existed here at Franasiak.
